Bobongo – Tribal African Music

Rescued from the destroyed museum of Zaire, these field recordings present villager music of the now extinct tribes of the Kinsasha area of Central Africa.

Decimated by the ebola virus in the early 70s, these are the only lasting musical offerings of these peoples.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a cause for the protection of the environment.
